Account Management Specialist

About the role

As an Account Management Specialist you will nurture and maintain long‑term relationships with Tier 3 and 4 merchants and partners, acting as the business advisor and main point of contact after go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Nurture and maintain long‑term relationships with Tier 3 and 4 merchants and partners.
• Act as the business advisor and main point of contact for merchants after go‑live, delivering expertise, education and mentorship.
• Communicate the product vision and value proposition to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Required profile

• 2 + years experience in B2B account management, relationship or customer success (FinTech or payments a plus).
• Strategic problem‑solver with strong project‑management and organisational skills.
• Self‑motivated learner with a commercial mindset and ability to build robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
