职位概况
我们在上海的咨询中心招聘高级商务智能顾问，负责企业数据仓库建设、数据治理及可视化报表开发，支持客户的管理决策。
主要职责
- 根据客户管理报表需求，建设企业数据仓库，进行数据治理和平台架构设计。
- 建立数据模型，设计并实现数据仓库ETL作业流程。
- 负责前端可视化开发，包括管理驾驶舱、管理报表及自定义分析报表。
- 制定数据质量稽核规则，确保数据准确可靠。
任职要求
- 4年以上数据库和管理报表可视化开发经验，有财务背景者优先。
- 计算机、数学、统计学或相关专业本科以上学历。
- 具备BI系统规划能力，熟悉完整的系统建设流程与方法论。
- 精通Hive、Oracle、SQL Server、MySQL、Hana等主流数据库的设计与应用。
- 具备存储过程开发能力，掌握SQL查询优化方法。
- 良好的沟通、访谈、协调及文档编写能力。
