职位概况
我们在宁乡招聘过程质量工程师，负责生产过程中的质量管理与改进，确保产品符合质量与环境标准。
主要职责
- 分析质量异常，制定并跟踪纠正和预防措施。
- 牵头解决过程质量TOP3问题，跟踪质量改进进度。
- 负责产品质量策划，管理质检员团队。
- 完成上级交办的质量专项工作。
任职要求
- 大专以上机械类专业学历。
- 一年以上过程质量相关工作经验，熟悉机加工、压铸工艺。
- 熟悉IATF16949、ISO14001体系，掌握质量管理五大工具及汽车行业核心工具，能熟练运用质量七大手法，具备强烈质量与环保意识。
