职位概况
负责食品行业重点客户的全链路物流运营，统筹运力调配，确保多温区货物安全、准时送达。
主要职责
- 跟踪重点订单全链路，调度运力并处理配送延误、货损等异常。
- 监督第三方仓库出入库、拣货准确率及承运商温控合规。
- 联动质量、业务等部门处理客诉，推动流程改进。
- 核对运输账单，编制费用与成本分析报告，推动降本增效项目。
- 修订运输管理制度，负责团队日常管理、培训与绩效评估。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上物流管理及供应商管理经验。
- 具备冷链仓储运输管理经验者优先。
- 熟悉食品质量安全法规及仓储物流执行标准。
- 良好的逻辑思维、数据分析与跨部门沟通能力。
- 具备英语读写能力，口语流畅者佳。
