About the role

The Channel Operations Specialist will support Coloplast’s distribution network in Beijing by analysing dealer data, maintaining agreements, and ensuring compliance with channel policies. The role bridges the sales, logistics and compliance teams to optimise the end‑to‑end supply chain for medical devices.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse full‑channel distributor data, covering inventory and sales, and provide diagnostic insights for channel optimisation.
• Maintain and update distributor agreements, authorisations and delivery arrangements, coordinating cross‑functional approvals and ensuring compliance and timeliness.
• Calculate and execute distributor rebates and various channel promotion policies accurately.
• Manage the end‑to‑end signing, filing and archiving of distributor cooperation agreements.
• Support channel‑related projects, ensuring operational execution and timely delivery.
• Coordinate communication between internal departments within the channel team.
• Provide daily operational support to the channel department and execute additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Medicine, Nursing, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
• Experience in operations management, channel management, sales operations or business operations, with a preference for medical consumables management.
• Strong data sensitivity and ability to identify operational issues through data analysis.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Advanced PowerPoint creation.
• Excel data analysis skills.
