职位概况
负责在新东方双师课堂教授小学课程，培养学员学习习惯，解答学习难点，确保课堂高效运行。
主要职责
- 备课并熟练操作教学设备、课件、道具等。
- 配合主讲老师执行教学计划，管理课堂纪律。
- 记录、评估学员表现，提供学习方案并反馈给家长。
- 批改作业、组织测试，参与教研和师训活动。
- 维护学员学习档案，支持家长咨询。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，有教师资格证者优先。
- 热爱教育，关心孩子，具备良好沟通与应变能力。
- 具备执行力和一定抗压能力。
