职位概况
我们招聘一名负责高中英语一对一及班课授课的教师，承担学科研究与教学研究工作，帮助学生提升成绩。
主要职责
- 进行高中英语一对一或班课授课，针对学生个性化需求进行课程讲授。
- 查缺补漏，帮助学生快速提升成绩。
- 参与学科组教研交流、集中备课及教学研究。
- 记录学生学习情况并与其他老师沟通。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，拥有教师资格证者优先。
- 具备优秀的教学能力和相应专业背景。
- 有相关授课经验，熟悉科目重点难点或拥有竞赛奖项者优先。
- 责任心强，热爱教学，诚实敬业，能吃苦，态度端正。
- 表达流畅、思维敏捷、语言幽默，能够调动学生学习热情。
- 相貌端正、气质佳，具备个人魅力和幽默感。
- 认同新东方精神，参加过新东方培训者佳。
必备技能
- 优秀的英语教学能力。
- 课堂组织与管理能力。
- 良好的沟通与记录能力。
