职位概况
负责为海外客户提供公有云产品的一线技术支持，涵盖产品咨询、故障排查及7*24混合云监控。工作地点位于大连腾飞软件园区。
主要职责
- 为海外客户提供公有云产品的技术咨询与故障排查。
- 监控混合云数据中心技术组件运行情况，依据手册处理系统日志和告警。
- 协调二线技术团队，确保问题闭环。
- 完成项目经理交付的其他技术支持任务。
任职要求
- 1 年以上相关工作经验。
- 计算机、软件工程、网络工程、云计算或大数据等专业本科及以上学历。
- 具备公有云或国际客户技术支持经验者优先。
- 能够接受 7*24 倒班工作。
- 具备良好的沟通能力、责任心和抗压能力。
必备技能
- 熟悉主流云产品（服务器、存储、网络、数据库、音视频等）的技术原理与常见问题。
- 云平台运维、网络架构相关经验。
- 了解大数据相关技术。
- 具备基本的英文读写和交流能力。
