职位概况
负责全国门店及仓库的服务器、虚拟化平台搭建、日常运维与故障排查，保障业务系统的稳定运行，并参与平台标准化建设。
主要职责
- 部署门店IT项目服务器及虚拟化平台，完成操作系统安装与配置。
- 日常运维、故障排查及系统值班，确保系统高可用。
- 维护总部统一的服务器管理平台，执行批量配置、补丁更新和安全加固。
- 参与服务器硬件及虚拟化软件的招投标、POC测试与技术选型。
- 分析现有架构，提出成本与资源优化方案，制定并推动标准化执行。
任职要求
- 计算机或相关专业本科以上，5年以上系统运维及服务器管理经验，有大型连锁零售背景优先。
- 良好的英语读写能力，能阅读技术文档。
- 精通Linux（CentOS/Ubuntu）和Windows Server的原理、管理与故障排查。
- 熟悉VMware vSphere、KVM、Hyper‑V等主流虚拟化平台的部署与调优。
- 了解Docker、K3s、RKE2等容器技术，具备基础运维能力。
- 具备Shell或Python脚本开发经验，能够编写自动化工具。
