职位概况
我们正在招聘首席技术官（CTO），负责制定AI/IoT技术路线，主导货运行业大模型研发，构建技术壁垒并支持东南亚等国际市场拓展。
主要职责
- 制定技术战略，推动AI/IoT突破，打造行业大模型。
- 主导IoT及大数据平台建设，解决百万级设备接入与PB级数据处理。
- 将物联网数据转化为商业价值，提升货运业务安全、效率与可持续性。
- 通过行业会议、白皮书等提升公司在AI与物流领域的影响力。
- 优化技术组织架构，培养核心技术团队，支撑业务持续增长。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，12年以上技术经验，5年以上团队管理经验。
- 具备物流、供应链或车队管理行业技术管理背景者优先。
- 拥有大规模平台架构经验，熟悉分布式、云原生系统。
- 有AI算法（大模型/计算机视觉）与大数据结合并实现商业落地的成功案例。
必备技能
- 大规模平台架构（百万级设备接入、PB级数据处理）。
- 分布式与云原生架构。
- AI大模型与计算机视觉算法。
- 大数据处理与分析。
