职位概况
负责体育运动类超话的日常运营，提升活跃度和互动率，围绕赛事节点、球星生日等策划并落地爆款活动。
主要职责
- 运营微博超话，监控核心指标并进行数据复盘。
- 策划并执行超话活动，结合业务目标打造热点内容。
- 对接体育IP、俱乐部、赛事方，维护合作关系。
- 输出运营报告，用数据指导策略迭代。
任职要求
- 深度使用互联网社媒平台，熟悉内容生态和年轻用户话语体系。
- 精通至少一项体育运动，了解圈层文化和球迷心理。
- 具备社群运营成功案例，结果导向，抗压能力强。
- 优秀的商务沟通与对外表达能力，能够独立完成方案讲解和合作谈判。
- 具备跨部门协作意识，能联动市场、商务、产品等团队。
必备技能
- 熟练使用微博超话产品。
- 能够熟练运用AI工具提升运营效率。
