Digital Performance Specialist (Stationed in Shenzhen)

About the role

FiveStones is looking for a Digital Performance Specialist to join its team in Shenzhen. You will work with the Google Marketing Platform, focusing on programmatic media buying using Display & Video 360, and help clients achieve their performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch and manage programmatic campaigns on platforms such as Display & Video 360.
• Monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities and adjust bids, targeting and creatives to maximize KPIs.
• Analyse campaign data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and client‑facing teams to translate objectives into effective programmatic strategies and produce performance reports.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and ensure adherence to workflow and quality standards.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, ad tech or analytics, with 1–2 years of hands‑on programmatic media buying.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken); Cantonese a plus.

• Strong analytical ability and understanding of programmatic ecosystems and ad‑tech tools.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, self‑driven with excellent communication skills.
