About the role
The Marketing Department is seeking an intern to support wound and tissue repair projects in Beijing. The role involves handling medical literature, promotional material management, and supporting marketing activities. Coloplast is a global medical device company developing products for intimate healthcare needs.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct systematic searches of medical literature, then archive and organize the findings for the wound and tissue repair portfolio.
- Assist the product manager in coding promotional materials and navigating the internal approval workflow.
- Gather required documentation, submit it for approval, and file the materials once approved.
- Lead the recording and electronic archiving of promotional items, ensuring compliance with SOPs and timely updates.
- Support marketing event applications, coordinate material shipping, and handle related logistical tasks.
Required profile
- Availability for a continuous 3‑6 month internship, attending at least three days per week.
- Studying a relevant field such as medicine, nursing or related disciplines (preferred).
