职位概况
负责统筹非标自动化项目的进度、成本、质量，确保项目按计划交付。
主要职责
- 制定并跟踪项目大日程和细部计划，审核进度和成本控制。
- 主导可行性分析、预算编制及组织架构搭建。
- 负责项目立项、章程制定、沟通机制和会议体系建设，处理异常升级。
- 监督质量验收、BOM编制、变更管控、包装物流及售后服务，推动问题闭环和风险规避。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，具备汽车、机器人、机器视觉、非标自动化等行业项目管理经验。
- 5年以上项目管理工作经验。
- 具备主动学习能力，能够适应现场出差。
必备技能
- 项目进度与成本控制
- 质量管理与风险识别
- 跨部门沟通与协调
