职位概况
负责根据每日配送货量及揽收情况安排车辆，协调司机装车，确保车辆准时发车，并处理配送过程中的异常问题。
主要职责
- 根据每日配送货量及揽收情况，安排当日车辆，满足货物运输要求。
- 协调司机装车，确保车辆按时发车。
- 负责货物配送、揽收过程中的问题及异常处理。
- 负责司机培训及日常考核（装载率、妥投率、工作配合度等），并清点待发货物、回货，及时对接相关人员处理异常。
- 完成领导安排的其他工作。
