Warehouse Team Operator

About the role

The Warehouse Team Operator will support daily warehouse operations in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment. You will ensure that all material movements are performed safely, efficiently and in line with company standards. This role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and the Logistics & Warehouse Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily warehouse management tasks according to established procedures.
• Report any safety or quality issues related to logistics and warehousing to the Warehouse Supervisor/Logistics & Warehouse Manager.
• Achieve all work targets in line with quality standards.
• Provide timely updates on work progress to the Warehouse Supervisor/Logistics & Warehouse Manager.
• Assist with investigations of quality or customer complaints related to warehousing.
• Participate actively in CI/ALPS continuous improvement activities for the warehouse.
• Follow all applicable company, site and warehouse policies, including personal conduct, HSE&S and material safety and risk control standards.
• Conduct tool and equipment inspections to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Report any abnormalities discovered during work promptly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse operation experience.
• Experience in a chemical plant is preferred.
• Experience handling hazardous materials is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP or barcode systems is advantageous.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (three‑shift schedule).
