职位概况
负责智能底盘执行器的传动方案设计，涵盖技术路线选择、可行性分析及系统级评审，推动产品从概念到量产。
主要职责
- 支持传动方案设计、技术路线选择及可行性分析。
- 根据系统需求分解传动指标，如输出力、扭矩、速度、效率等。
- 组织跨部门技术评审，开展系统级DFMEA、DVP及量产可行性评估。
- 协同结构设计完成详细设计，推动样件测试与问题分析。
- 关注行业前沿，支持技术路线规划。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，车辆工程或机电一体化等相关专业。
- 3年以上底盘悬架或动力传动系统集成开发经验，具备完整量产项目SOP经验者优先。
- 熟悉车辆动力学原理、齿轮、丝杠、轴系支撑、轴承、联轴器、密封、润滑及机械连接设计。
- 了解汽车产品开发流程，熟悉DFMEA、DVP、APQP、设计评审及量产导入。
- CET-4以上，具备英文书写和沟通能力。
必备技能
- 熟练使用CATIA、Creo、NX、SolidWorks等三维建模软件。
- 掌握Kisssoft、Romax、MASTA、Matlab/Simulink、Amesim、CarSim、Adams等分析工具。
- 具备DFMEA、DVP、APQP等质量管理方法经验。
