职位概况
负责餐饮部门的采购工作，涵盖食品、饮料及可控成本，确保产品质量、成本控制和卫生安全符合企业标准。
主要职责
- 制定并执行食品、饮料采购计划，控制预算内成本。
- 监督仓库FIFO库存轮换，防止积压或过期。
- 核对发票、发货单，确保数量、质量、规格符合订单要求。
- 维护库存管理系统，完成成本核算和期末盘点。
- 与厨房、餐厅管理层及供应商保持沟通，保障交货及时。
- 监督员工遵守SOP和LSOP，确保运营规范化。
任职要求
- 具备采购或供应链管理经验，熟悉食品饮料行业。
- 了解卫生合规及安全标准，能够执行相关审查。
- 具备财务核算和成本分析能力，能够提供决策支持。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能与多部门合作。
必备技能
- 熟练使用计算机及相关系统进行数据录入、信息处理。
