职位概况
负责公司各类机械设备的日常运行维护，确保设备正常运转，预防故障并提升设备可靠性。
主要职责
- 日常巡检、检查、保养与维修机械设备。
- 分析并处理设备故障信息，制定维修方案。
- 参与设备改进、设计优化及调试测试。
- 配合团队完成其他设备维护相关工作。
任职要求
- 机械、自动化或相关专业，年龄23-40岁。
- 具备机械维修/保养工作经验，有企业内部培训者优先。
- 能适应工厂轮班工作，具备良好团队合作意识。
必备技能
- 熟悉常用机械工具的使用。
- 熟练操作测量仪器并了解相关技术规范。
