职位概况

博世集团在北京招聘高级客户质量工程师，负责客户投诉处理、生产质量问题及项目管理，推动质量改进，确保产品符合标准。

主要职责

组织团队分析客户投诉根本原因，进行风险评估并制定改进措施。
处理工厂内部生产过程中的质量问题和不合格品。
参与项目管理，协调工程变更需求。
发布并协调质量警报，定期进行过程审核。
为质量管理评审会议准备资料，系统化分析并解决重大质量问题。

任职要求

机械工程或相关专业大学学历。
具备生产质量工作经验，熟悉质量管理方法。
掌握根本原因分析工具，如8D、FMEA。
了解机械工程技术及产品知识。
具备良好的团队合作与人际沟通能力。
英语听说读写能力佳。
有液压产品及应用经验者优先。
