职位概况
负责公司数据治理工作，参与数据标准制定、质量提升及目录梳理，为保险业务提供可靠的数据支撑。
主要职责
- 制定并维护数据标准、数据字典、元数据及权限规范。
- 整合保险业务数据，支持经营分析、风险管理、承保和理赔等业务需求。
- 与业务团队和数据分析团队沟通，理解需求并提供数据方案。
- 持续优化数据流程，提升数据可用性和一致性。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，具备2年以上保险公司或相关机构的数据工作经验。
- 有数据治理项目经验者优先。
- 熟悉数据库工具，了解数据仓库、数据质量、数据标准和数据安全。
- 责任心强，具备良好沟通协作能力，能与业务和技术团队高效合作。
