职位概况

负责公司内部员工电脑、外设、办公软件及操作系统的日常故障报修与现场排查修复，确保终端环境稳定运行。

主要职责

受理并处理一线IT服务工单，完成登记、跟进、闭环及台账记录。
执行办公终端巡检、系统补丁更新、病毒查杀及环境维护。
协助基础网络故障排查及服务器基础运维工作。
配合其他运维岗位进行软硬件搬迁、环境调试及日常值守。

任职要求

本科及以上学历。
熟练掌握Windows等主流操作系统及全套办公软件。
具备基础网络知识和服务器运维常识者优先。
具备基础故障排查能力，沟通顺畅，能够现场处理运维工作。
