职位概况
负责公司 Android 与 iOS 双端原生 APP 开发及 RTOS 嵌入式系统应用，推动版本迭代、性能调优和线上问题治理，提升研发效率。
主要职责
- 原生 Android (Java/Kotlin) 与 iOS (Swift) 应用开发、适配、性能优化。
- RTOS 实时操作系统任务调度、软硬件联调、功能迭代与稳定性提升。
- 独立完成模块架构设计、开发自测、版本发布并参与技术评审。
- 使用 Claude Code、Codex、GitHub 等 AI 工具实现代码编写、工程治理、性能调优与文档编写。
任职要求
- 5 年以上软件开发经验，扎实的编程基础。
- 熟悉 RTOS 任务调度、线程管理、资源适配及系统优化。
- 精通 Android 原生开发（Java/Kotlin）和 iOS 原生开发（Swift），熟悉 MVVM、组件化、内存治理。
- 掌握网络通信、数据加密、本地存储和多线程并发技术，具备独立方案设计能力。
- 良好的英文技术阅读与沟通能力。
