职位概况
Coherent 高意深圳分公司是一家专注光电子与通信元器件研发的全球领先企业，现招聘工业工程技术员，负责生产过程优化与质量控制。
主要职责
- 分析并改进生产线工艺流程，提高效率和良率。
- 协助制定并执行现场标准作业指导书。
- 收集、整理生产数据，进行统计分析并提出改进建议。
- 配合质量部门进行异常处理和根本原因分析。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，工业工程、制造或相关专业。
- 具备制造业现场工作经验者优先。
- 具备良好的数据分析能力和问题解决能力。
- 能够适应现场工作环境，具备团队合作精神。
必备技能
- 熟悉生产工艺流程和现场管理。
- 能够使用Excel或其他数据分析工具进行统计。
