职位概况
负责工厂生产设备、电气系统、机械系统及辅助设备的日常点检、维修与保养，确保设备运行稳定，降低停机损失。
主要职责
- 执行设备预防性维护计划，进行日常点检、维修与保养。
- 分析、诊断设备故障并及时维修。
- 记录维修内容、备件使用及设备运行状态。
- 协助设备安装、调试、改造及技术升级。
- 管理维修工具及备件，配合生产处理现场异常。
- 遵守安全操作规程及5S管理要求，参与持续改进项目。
任职要求
- 中专或大专以上学历，机械、电气自动化、机电一体化等相关专业优先。
- 2年以上工厂设备维修经验，熟悉机械维修、电气控制及设备保养。
- 能看懂机械图纸和电气原理图，具备故障分析与独立维修能力。
- 熟悉PLC、变频器等自动化设备者优先。
- 具备电工证、焊工证或相关职业资格证书者优先。
- 良好的安全意识，能适应倒班工作。
