职位概况
负责公司肉禽供应链库控管理，统筹商‑仓‑店计划，优化库存及运输模式，推动创新项目落地。
主要职责
- 协同供应商排产、仓库备货及出入库计划。
- 管理零售库存日常运营，提升库存周转，降低缺货。
- 基于销售预测优化库存管理流程及方案。
- 设计并实施全国仓储运输模式，提升效率、降低成本。
- 跟进创新供应链项目，确保项目目标实现。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，物流或供应链管理专业优先。
- 5 年以上生鲜肉禽或供应链管理经验，有零售、电商经验者佳。
- 熟悉生鲜肉禽品类特性及库存管理逻辑。
- 具备数据分析与问题解决能力。
- 良好的跨部门沟通与团队协作意识。
- 学习能力强，适应快节奏高强度环境。
必备技能
- 熟练使用 Excel（数据透视、函数分析）。
- 掌握 SQL 或其他数据库工具。
