职位概况
负责通过电话、信函等方式提醒信用卡逾期客户，协助其保持良好信用并促成还款。工作时间为轮班制，提供住宿及多项福利。
主要职责
- 通过电话、信函等渠道与逾期客户沟通，提醒还款。
- 解释逾期违约风险，提供合理的还款建议。
- 引导客户按时还款，完成回款目标。
任职要求
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力，能够耐心倾听客户需求。
- 有责任心、团队合作意识，积极主动。
- 年龄适合，具备青春活力。
必备技能
- 电话沟通技巧。
- 基本的文字写作能力（信函）。

- 无责浮动底薪2800-5000元+提成+奖金，月收入8000-12000元左右。
