Customer Support Representative – Shanghai

About the role

Join Texas Instruments' Customer Support Center in Shanghai as a Customer Support Representative. You will be the friendly voice that turns customer challenges into success stories while working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries using internal systems and document all interactions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve operational processes.
• Leverage data to address problems, maintain success metrics, and proactively resolve data discrepancies between TI and customers.
• Build and maintain strong external and internal relationships.
• Contribute ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 1 year of experience in a call‑center or customer‑support environment.
• Strong written English; oral English preferred, or ability to communicate in Japanese or Korean.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (filters, formulas, pivot tables).
• Familiarity with email platforms.
• Experience with ticketing systems.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
