职位概况
英特飞是一家全球领先的地面材料公司，现招聘生产线操作员，负责机器设备的日常运行与维护，确保生产顺畅。
主要职责
- 清洁机器设备并检查异常；
- 作业前后清理工作区域；
- 执行机器检查清单，防止生产中机器故障；
- 在正式生产前进行机器试运行，确认设备状态；
- 发现设备异常及时向主管报告；
- 按照计划投料、连续运行机器，确保产量；
- 检查投料质量，监控首件产品质量；
- 微调机器以满足产品质量标准；
- 遵守特殊车辆安全操作规范，安全、及时、准确完成装卸；
- 确保来料、过程及产出质量符合要求；
- 保持设备良好状态，协助提升操作员技能，完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 年龄18-40岁，男女不限；
- 学历需高于初中；
- 具备2年以上工厂工作经验；
- 无色盲。
必备技能
- 机器操作与维护；
- 质量检查与控制；
- TPM（全面生产维护）相关知识；
- 遵守安全操作规程。
