职位概况
负责太仓工厂齿轴机加工生产线的整体管理，确保生产符合质量、成本、交付要求，并推动持续改进。
主要职责
- 监督并管理所有生产运营，达成关键绩效指标。
- 精细调度和排序生产订单，分配运营资源。
- 确保生产基础设施（工具、维护、设置）可用。
- 提出并实施QCD改进措施，跟踪关键绩效指标。
- 维护质量控制体系，确保产品符合公司和客户标准。
- 推动安全生产，遵守健康安全法规。
任职要求
- 机械制造、机械工程或车辆工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 8年以上机加工行业经验，至少5年新能源车齿轴生产管理或技术经验。
- 熟悉IATF 16949质量管理体系，具备良率提升和成本控制实战经验。
- 能够独立负责产线规划、产能爬坡及精益生产落地，管理团队规模≥50人。
- 英语熟练，能对接外籍专家或国际客户。
- 具备较强抗压能力，适应新能源行业快速迭代节奏。
必备技能
- 滚齿、车齿、磨齿、珩齿等齿轮/轴类加工工艺。
- IATF 16949质量管理体系。
- Lean/TPS精益生产方法。
