Senior Operational Excellence Manager

About the role

The Senior Operational Excellence Manager will design and lead a company‑wide operational excellence framework to boost process efficiency, standardisation and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Director, this individual contributor will act as a change agent across commercial, supply chain, finance, HR, IT and other functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and roll out an operational excellence framework focused on standardisation, process optimisation and lean thinking.
• Identify inefficiencies, root causes and improvement opportunities across business and support functions.
• Lead cross‑functional improvement projects from problem identification through solution design, implementation and results tracking.
• Establish standard processes, tools and governance mechanisms to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with leaders to secure alignment, monitor project progress and escalate risks.
• Track and report impact metrics such as efficiency gains, cost savings and on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Operations or a related field.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional process‑improvement initiatives in a complex matrix organisation.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
