职位概况
我们在北京八里庄地铁附近的碧桂园宁环荟影院招聘前台、场务及保洁人员，提供全职岗位，工作时间采用轮班制，享受多项福利。
主要职责
- 前台：办理会员卡、销售电影票及卖品。
- 场务：检票、引导观众进出、巡厅、影片拷贝等。
- 保洁：负责影院日常卫生清洁与维护。
任职要求
- 男女不限，年龄18-28岁，形象气质佳，热爱电影行业。
- 能接受轮班制度及快节奏工作。
- 具备基本服务礼仪和服务意识，踏实肯干，有团队精神。
- 具备较强的沟通表达能力。
必备技能
我们提供
- 基本工资+绩效+提成+餐补+房补+节假日三倍薪资。
- 试用期2个月，转正后综合月薪3600-4500元。
- 免费观影、服务奖、工龄奖、五险、节日聚餐、年假、年终奖。
- 每日工作8-9小时，月休4天。
