职位概况
负责在成都世纪城天堂洲际大饭店健身房为客人、会员及来访儿童提供及时、高效、礼貌的服务，维护设施整洁并协助推广酒店其他设施。
主要职责
- 向客人、会员及来访者提供咨询、接待及活动指导。
- 按照标准维护健身俱乐部设施的整洁与秩序。
- 报告设施维修保养需求并与工程、客房、洗衣部门协调。
- 确保客用品、毛巾、布草等充足供应。
- 向客人推介酒店其他设施与服务，促进销售。
任职要求
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力，能够与客人及内部部门有效互动。
- 熟悉健身房设施、设备及服务流程。
- 具备服务意识，注重细节和安全提醒。
