主要职责
- 提供IT技术支持与服务，熟悉供销存管理系统。
- 快速定位并解决客户使用过程中的技术问题。
- 与团队协作，保障服务质量。
- 培训、收集、沟通并协调业务需求。
- 处理办公室日常软硬件操作问题。
- 维护局域网及基础网络设备。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业。
- 4年以上系统管理或技术支持工作经验。
- 具备优秀的沟通与问题解决能力。
- 熟悉系统及软件的安装、配置与故障排除。
