职位概况
负责客房及公共区域的清洁与维护，确保客人入住体验符合酒店标准。
主要职责
- 按照标准清洁客房、走廊、布草房和餐具柜。
- 补充客用品，完成每日客房检查单和区域报告。
- 及时、礼貌地满足上级指派的客服务需求。
- 上报客房损坏或故障，维护设备清洁与维修。
- 处理并上交客人遗失物品。
任职要求
- 具备良好的沟通能力，能够与客人、同事及第三方有效互动。
- 工作细致、责任心强，能及时、礼貌地完成任务。
- 能够遵守酒店的清洁和服务标准。
必备技能
- 熟悉客房清洁流程和使用清洁工具。
