职位概况
在ABB担任项目经理，负责项目从签约到验收的全流程管理，确保按时、按成本、按质量交付，满足公司及客户的业务目标。
主要职责
- 负责项目执行，遵循公司流程、合同规范、质量及安全环保要求。
- 识别、评估并有效控制项目风险。
- 跟进生产进度，确保交付时间和质量。
- 与客户及内部部门沟通协调，定期汇报项目状态。
- 监控项目财务，优化成本控制。
- 管理项目文档，收集并分享项目经验教训，确保项目正式关闭。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，电气自动化或相关专业。
- 3年以上电气设计经验，2年以上项目管理经验，海外项目经验优先。
- 熟悉开关柜结构、电力系统及其应用。
- 良好的沟通协调能力。
