职位概况
负责公司人才梯队培养及新员工、领导力培训体系的搭建与实施，统筹培训项目全流程，提升组织学习能力。
主要职责
- 统筹公司新员工培训体系和领导力培养体系的建设与组织实施。
- 策划、需求调研、执行、跟踪、评估培训项目，分析问题并提出改进建议。
- 开发并讲授部分课程，管理讲师、学员及课程资源。
任职要求
- 统招统分本科及以上学历，形象气质佳。
- 2-5年培训领域工作经验，能独立设计开发并讲授课程。
- 热爱培训工作，具备创新思维和主动性，愿意长期发展。
- 良好的团队精神、沟通协调能力和执行力。
- 具备食品快消行业培训经验或懂韩语者优先。
必备技能
- 课程设计与开发能力。
- 培训项目管理能力。
- 优秀的演讲与授课技巧。
