职位概况
负责公司办公系统、网络及公有云等环境的运维支持，快速响应并解决各类故障，确保业务连续性。
主要职责
- 提供办公、系统、网络的运维支持，及时响应服务请求。
- 维护和安装公司电脑、网络、会议系统，处理常见硬件及系统故障。
- 建设、维护公有云、自建机房、网络、存储、超算等服务环境。
- 完善运维可观测体系，实现故障快速定位与业务恢复，推动运维平台化、AI化。
- 制定运维规范与策略，优化运维流程，提升服务质量。
任职要求
- 计算机或相关专业本科以上学历。
- 3年以上运维支持经验，有运维平台化开发经验者优先。
- 熟悉虚拟化与容器技术，能够熟练配置使用。
- 具备公有云、自建机房、系统、网络、存储、数据库等运维管理能力。
- 具备良好的学习、沟通、文档编写及自驱能力，责任心强。
