职位概况
负责车身结构的整体设计与开发，确保轻量化、安全性以及制造可行性，参与从概念到量产的全流程。
主要职责
- 主导车身结构设计与开发，满足轻量化和安全性要求。
- 从概念设计到量产交付，全程参与产品开发。
- 协调供应商、制造及质量团队，确保项目成本、性能、重量等指标按时达标。
任职要求
- 机械工程、车辆工程或材料科学专业本科及以上学历。
- 3年以上车身工程经验，完整参与至少1个整车开发项目，新能源车型经验加分。
- 熟悉汽车行业标准（如Euro NCAP、IIHS）及相关法规（安全、环保）。
- 优秀的英语沟通能力，能够在跨国团队中协作。
必备技能
- 精通CATIA或同类CAD软件。
- 熟悉汽车行业标准（Euro NCAP、IIHS）。
