负责装配工艺的开发、优化与放行，涵盖压装、拧紧、涂胶等关键工序，支持新技术的工业化落地，并协同全球生产网络。
主要职责
- 装配工艺开发、优化及放行（压装、拧紧、涂胶等）
- 支持上述工艺的新技术工业化
- 相关设备和工具的量产应用支持
- 与全球生产网络、项目管理、技术专家及供应商协同沟通
- 技术报价的分析评估与认定
- 参与同步工程团队，解决工艺技术问题
