职位概况
负责博世汽车转向系统在济南工厂的设备维护，确保关键设备的运行指标达标，提升生产线稳定性。
主要职责
- 定期审查设备故障并进行根因分析。
- 利用PLC软件进行深层次故障诊断与程序优化。
- 编制并执行KPI PDCA L3/L4报告。
- 开展数据驱动的性能稳定和持续改进活动。
- 制定备件需求，跟踪异常消耗并提供替代方案。
任职要求
- 具备设备维护或相关专业经验。
- 熟悉PLC系统及故障诊断方法。
- 能够编写并执行KPI分析报告。
- 具备备件管理和问题解决能力。
