职位概况

负责行走机械减速机的设计与开发，参与公司项目并提供跨部门技术支持，需与德国主厂及中国区技术团队协作。

主要职责

设计并开发用于移动机械的减速机部件。
按照公司流程和指导方针参与研发项目。
为销售、采购、制造、质量等部门提供技术支持。
与德国主厂进行技术合作。
参与中国区工程流程改进项目。
发现并解决问题，制定预防和改进措施。

任职要求

机械工程本科及以上学历。
熟悉DRBFM、DFMEA等设计方法。
具备项目参与经验。
具备齿轮、轴承、金属材料和密封等相关知识者优先。
具备自我驱动力和团队合作精神。
