Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the execution of BOA’s regional marketing strategy across Greater China. Reporting to the Greater China Commercial GM and collaborating with the Americas and APAC Marketing Managers, you will translate global brand objectives into local campaigns that drive consumer demand and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Own and implement the regional marketing plan, coordinating brand partnership, consumer/retail and athlete/event initiatives.
• Develop and launch omni‑channel marketing programs, including digital, PR, endemic media and event activations.
• Manage team resources, budget and workload priorities in partnership with regional and global leadership.
• Provide market insights and consumer data from platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Douyin and RedNote to shape annual marketing plans.
• Act as the primary strategic liaison for key brand partners, co‑creating joint marketing campaigns and amplifying BOA messaging through partner channels.
• Collaborate with APAC Marketing leadership to inform strategic decisions with competitive analysis and consumer trends.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in marketing within the Greater China market.
• Strong understanding of Chinese social media ecosystems and consumer behavior.
• Ability to translate global strategies into localized execution while serving as the “voice of the market.”
• Excellent collaboration skills with regional and global teams and external brand partners.
