职位概况
负责研发面向人形机器人及通用机器人的学习型视觉运动策略，实现从环境感知到机器人动作的端到端学习，推动机器人抓取、搬运等操作能力的规模化提升。
主要职责
- 研发Visuomotor Policy，实现端到端学习。
- 开发抓取、搬运、开门、双臂操作等机器人能力。
- 使用Behavior Cloning、强化学习、VLA等方法进行规模化学习。
- 针对噪声、部分可观测等挑战研发高鲁棒性策略。
- 负责从数据采集、模型训练到部署的完整技术链路。
- 利用仿真与数字孪生开展Sim-to-Real训练。
- 与感知、规划、控制等团队协作，集成学习型策略。
任职要求
- 机器人、计算机科学、人工智能等相关专业硕士以上，博士优先。
- 具备真实机器人学习系统研发与部署经验。
- 熟悉机器人操作、视觉运动学习及控制原理。
- 能够独立设计实验、分析并迭代系统。
- 英语流利，具备优秀沟通能力。
必备技能
- Python、C++、PyTorch。
- Behavior Cloning、Reinforcement Learning、VLA、Diffusion Policy。
- Isaac Sim、MuJoCo、NVIDIA Omniverse等仿真平台。
