Manager, Transfer Solutions

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager – Transfer Solutions to lead product commercialization and go‑to‑market execution for its Transfer Solutions portfolio (Cross Border Services and Mastercard Send) in China. The role will drive the roll‑out of these real‑time payment services, working closely with regional, global and market teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the successful launch of Transfer Solutions (Cross Border Services and Mastercard Send) across Greater China.
• Support the business development lead in creating a country‑level commercialization strategy, including market sizing and use‑case analysis.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to design a product suite that addresses the money‑movement pain points of banks, NBFIs and merchants.
• Drive aggressive revenue growth for Mastercard Transfer Solutions services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product commercialization and go‑to‑market execution within the payments or financial services sector.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and size use cases.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with regional, global and local stakeholders.
• Track record of achieving revenue targets in a fast‑moving environment.
