Logistics Executive – Export/Import

About the role

PSA BDP is seeking a Logistics Executive to manage export and import operations, ensuring smooth customs clearance and accurate shipping documentation. This role supports a global supply chain serving customers in chemicals, retail, life sciences, and electric vehicle sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Handle export and import bookings and prepare customs declarations.
• Prepare and endorse shipping documents, including bills of lading and exchange B/L authorization letters.
• Process destination local charges and manage exchange documents.
• Book trucks, submit HKG Tradelink declarations, and coordinate cargo/container pick‑up and delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries, generate reports, and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain and update system data related to shipments.

Required profile

• Junior college education, preferably majoring in Logistics.
• Minimum two years of experience in ocean export and logistics operations.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic learner, independent, and able to work under tight timelines.
• Strong sense of responsibility, good time‑management and diligent work ethic.
