About the role

We are looking for a Railway Pricing Officer to support the growth of our Ground & Rail business. The role involves delivering timely and accurate pricing, managing quotations, analysing market data and providing insights that drive profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue daily spot quotations and respond to customer pricing requests.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations and Product teams to obtain up‑to‑date buying rates.
• Maintain pricing databases, rate sheets and cost models, ensuring data integrity.
• Support RFQ, RFI and tender processes, preparing pricing calculations and commercial responses.
• Produce weekly and monthly KPI dashboards, quotation statistics and management reports.
• Monitor market developments, conduct benchmarking and competitor analysis.
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify automation opportunities and contribute to pricing governance and process improvement.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics or Statistics.
• Minimum 2 years experience in international freight forwarding.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
