Key Account Specialist - Power Grids Sales

About the role

HITACHI ENERGY (CHINA) LTD. is looking for a Key Account Specialist in Beijing to sell Hitachi Energy's power grid products, systems and services to customers and help achieve business targets. The role covers the full sales and marketing process, from forecasting and bidding to after-sales and account collection.

Key responsibilities

• Sell power grid products, systems and services to customers and meet business targets.
• Manage the marketing and sales process, including project forecasts, analysis, pursuit, bidding, negotiation, contracting, accounts receivable collection, post-sales and data maintenance.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs and present complete product, system and service solutions.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and comply with external and internal regulations and procedures.
• Act in line with the company's core values of safety and integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in science or engineering, with an electrical or power-related major preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development or account management in related industries.
• Responsible, stable, self-driven and able to handle work pressure; strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to adapt to frequent travel.
• Fluent verbal and written English and Chinese.
