Key Account Manager - Internet Cafe & Industry System Integrators (Zhengzhou)

About the role

Logitech is hiring a Key Account Manager in Zhengzhou, focusing on internet cafe and industry system integrator channels. The role covers developing local partners, maintaining long-term relationships and driving sales targets in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the target market: identify, visit and sign contracts with internet cafe system integrators, industry system integrators and core distributors to expand brand coverage locally.
• Maintain deep, long-term relationships with key integrators (owners, business heads and technical leads) and raise loyalty and share.
• Set regional channel sales plans and deliver performance targets such as sales volume, product coverage and new integrator signings.
• Support integrators with product training, solution support, commercial policy communication and joint market activities to help land projects.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors' policies and price trends to inform product and channel decisions.

Required profile

• University degree or higher, with 5+ years of channel development and sales experience.
• Strong local network of internet cafe system integrators, industry SIs, installers or maintenance providers is preferred.
• Ability to handle frequent visits and short-term travel within the region.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of B-end channel development and management, with strong negotiation and relationship skills.
• Basic knowledge of internet cafe network architecture, system integration solutions or IT infrastructure, able to match products to customer needs.
