IT VIP Support On-site Engineer

About the role

DXC Technology is seeking an IT VIP Support On‑site Engineer to provide basic technical assistance for infrastructure services. The role offers hands‑on experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting daily operations within a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Offer basic technical support for infrastructure services and respond to incidents.
• Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting and maintaining infrastructure systems.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects, gaining hands‑on experience.
• Document incidents, logs and records to support service delivery.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily operational needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience, including 1 year in a similar support role.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze infrastructure technologies and data.
• Continuous learner who stays updated with industry trends.

Required skills

• CompTIA A+ certification (or equivalent).
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (or equivalent).
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (or equivalent).
